Terms of use for clubs

These terms apply to whoever registers and manages a club on the platform for clubs and social tournaments of Tennis Padel Score, offered by PreciseSoft. By publishing the club you accept them on the club's behalf.
1. The service
The platform is free: it presents the club with its public page and lets it organise its social tournaments. It is offered as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability; it may change or stop, and when possible we say so in good time.
2. Who can register a club
An adult authorised by the association or company that runs the club. By publishing you declare it. The owner is responsible for the people they invite as administrators.
3. Tournaments among friends
An adult can create a group of friends and organise its tournaments without a club. Tournaments among friends are private: they open only with their link or their QR Code. The same rules as for clubs apply: true and lawful content, players' data used only for the tournament.
A person can have at most five tournaments among friends that are not over, and a tournament at most 64 entries. PreciseSoft can suspend a group like a club.
4. The club's content
The club publishes true data and texts and images it holds the rights to (including those of the people pictured). No unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
The club's email and phone appear on the page only if the club chooses so; the president's name and the tax code never appear.
5. Players' data
The club is the controller of its tournament players' data (it decides what to collect and how to use it) and PreciseSoft processes it on the club's behalf, as processor (art. 28 GDPR), only to run the platform and according to the instructions the club gives by using its functions.
PreciseSoft undertakes to: process the data only for this purpose; let it be processed only by people bound to confidentiality; protect it with appropriate measures (encryption in transit, controlled access, backups); use only the providers listed in the privacy notice (Cloudflare, Resend, and Google for those signing in with Google); help the club answer players' requests; inform it without delay of a data breach; delete or return the data at the end of the service.
The club undertakes to: inform the players; enter under-14s itself, only with the parents' consent, which it collects and keeps; check the entries of minors flagged by the platform; use the players' contacts and the messages to the players only for the tournament, without advertising; answer their requests.
6. Suspension
PreciseSoft may suspend the page of a club that breaches these terms or the law, or following a well-founded report, telling the administrators the reason; they can ask for clarifications at developer@precisesoft.it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law PreciseSoft is not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of data the club can keep by itself (for example with the export); the club is responsible for the content it publishes.
8. End of the service for the club
The club can archive its page at any time, and the owner can delete their account after transferring its ownership or archiving it.
9. Changes and governing law
The terms have a date; if they change substantially we will ask to accept them again. They are governed by Italian law.
