Your data: export and deletion

How to download or delete the data the platform keeps about you.
1. If you have an account
Sign in and open "Account": "Download my data" gives you a file with everything we keep about you; "Delete the account" deletes it at once, with the consequences explained before you confirm. If you own a published club, first transfer its ownership or archive it.
The groups of friends you manage alone go away with the account, with their tournaments.
2. If you entered a tournament
Open your personal page (the entry link, which you also find in the emails): you see your entry, your matches and the notices, propose, confirm or dispute a result, change email and phone, upload or remove your photo, withdraw and make a new link. If you lost the link, "I lost my link" on the tournament page sends it again to the entry email.
At the bottom of the page, "Your data": "Download my data" gives you a file with your data for that tournament; "Mark me as a retired player" puts [R] before your name in every tournament you have taken part in so far, and the data stays as it is. It works when you are not entered in a tournament still to be finished. To delete your data, or for any other request, write to the club organising the tournament or to developer@precisesoft.it.
3. A club's data
Administrators edit it from the club pages; the owner can archive the page, or delete it while it is a draft.
A group of friends is archived and reactivated from its page, and deleted once it has no tournaments; a tournament among friends that is over or cancelled is deleted from the tournament page.
4. If you signed in with Google or Facebook
Deleting the account also removes the link with your Google or Facebook account. You can also remove the platform's access from your Google or Facebook account settings.
5. In any other case
Write to developer@precisesoft.it from the address the request is about: we answer within thirty days.
